This week, I was craving Korean recently and had this restaurant pinned along with Anju and some others on my list. Since we needed to drop off my mom’s car, Naju was a perfect place that was just central enough to do that.
The restaurant is inviting and super homey. Staff are very attentive and seated us immediately. There’s about 10-15 tables. 10 were probably occupied when we got there so it was busy enough without us having to wait for a table.
There’s a indoor, heated parking lot offering 3hrs free for restaurant guests as well as an outdoor parking lot, completely free.
We ordered Bibimbop, DukMandu Guk, Spicy Pork Bone Soup and Korean fried chicken. As with most Korean restaurants, our meals came with a selection of side dishes. Here that included mashed potato salad, japchae, kimchi and kimchi turnip. I’m sure they could refill them for you but we didn’t need to.
Total cost for the 4 of us came to about $100 w/tax and tip.
Highlights:
- Location had ample parking – heated indoor (3hrs free); outdoor, open lot (free, always), wonky street parking (people don’t park the right way)
- No wait – just busy enough without waiting
- Good service – genuine interest in how much you like the restaurant without being overly pushy or mean
